In his interview with the media Bolingoli states that his dream is to play in England or Germany one day but is happy with life at Celtic despite the constant bad weather.

He said: “They had no other choice. We were in the lead with a ten point gap over Rangers even if they had won their game in hand.

“We are Celtic. We really wouldn’t have given the lead away. We deserved this because we had a good season.

“It’s a pity we haven’t been able to celebrate yet. The players who are still in Glasgow have held the trophy up, but I’ve been back in Belgium for a few weeks so I haven’t been able to enjoy it yet. Hopefully, I can make up for it when training starts again.

“What I love most about football in Scotland is the Old Firm matches against Rangers. The derby is hard and the whole country lives for these matches.

“But the standard of other teams are lower. The level at Celtic is so high that there is a big difference in quality with the other teams – even if they sometimes make it difficult for you.”

“I like to visit museums, I like to visit tourist sites and that was not a problem in Austria. The national parks in Scotland are very beautiful. Even if the weather is depressing, I can continue to enjoy nature.

“My ambition is keep playing at a constant level for an entire season. Initially at Celtic and my dream location would be the Premier League or the Bundesliga.”
