Celtic and Lennon have reportedly told long-time full-back Anthony Ralston does not have a future at the Scottish Champions anymore as the club will not make him a contract offer.

The full-back was not included in the Celtic the squad that firstly travelled to Loughborough University and to France as Neil Lennon continues to get his squad prepared for the upcoming season.

The Hoops defender’s contract will end in 2021 and the Hoops will not be taking up the option of an extension until 2022 which was a clause in their contract.

We can expect Ralston to either find a club before the season starts which Celtic would most likely allow him to leave for next to nothing, or the player could stay until his contract runs out with hope of changing their minds. (source)

Ralston would make a great signing to any club in Scottish football and we hope he finds a decent team to play for.
