After the international break, Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou expects defender Christopher Jullien to return to the group.

After hurting his knee against Dundee United on December 30, the Frenchman has been out for over ten months.

The 28-year-recovery old’s has been a painstaking process, but the centre-back is set to make his return next month.

Jullien, along with winger James Forrest, who has been coping with ankle issues since last season, will return to the team.

Postecoglou stated:

“I think after the international window I’d expect both of them to hopefully be training with the first team. After that, it will depend on their levels of fitness and how quickly they adapt to what we want to do with our football.”

The Celtic boss has also made it clear that Callum McGregor will miss their clash against Raith Rovers tomorrow night.
