Celtic are back with a bang as Neil lennon’s men comeback from the International break packing a hefty punch, the Scottish Champions were finally able to use their lethal 3-5-2 formation and what a game it was as the Hoops have thrashed Ross County 5-0.
The Hoops looked lethal as they went 2-0 up within the first 20 minutes as goals from Edouard (penalty) and Ajeti put Celtic in the lead entering the half-time break.
We then saw a few cracking saves from Barkas and a clean sheet as the keeper seems to be adjusting to life in Scottish Football, the goal that all fans wanted to see finally came in the form of a Shane Duffy debut goal as the Irishman had a dream Hoops start.
At 3-0, Lennon’s men didn’t want to stop there, they team kept pushing up the field for a fourth goal, the big Norwegian Ajer managed to bag it as Celtic stormed ahead with a 4-0 lead.
Celtic fans were going mental on Twitter as they celebrate an impending win, then Polish Paddy pops up with the Scottish Champion’s fifth goal of the game, Lennon has instantly changed the flow of the season now and things are looking very positive.
Just a few weeks ago Celtic were plagued with fitness issues and Lennon didn’t have the correct players to continue from last season’s form.
However, Celtic are back on track as they now have some depth in the squad and are able to play the formation that we are suited to best.
