Celtic outcast Jack Hendry could be set for a loan move away from the Scottish Champions as the Scottish defender has a few decent choices to choose from with Neil Lennon agreeing that Hendry needs to leave for the sake of his career.

Hendry has caught the attention of three English clubs, as Blackpool, Bolton Wanderers and Lincoln City are eager to sign the towering defender until the end of the season, Neil Lennon will not stand in Hendry’s way as the Celtic manager will be certain there is not place for him at Parkhead.

Celtic’s Hendry

Hendry has only managed to play 11 minutes of football when Lennon gave him a shock appearance in the cup game against Thistle, clearly the Celtic coaching team couldn’t see anything worth another shot.

Hendry is still only 24 years of age and could still have a great career as many players gain valuable experience while being loaned out, just look at Ajer and Christie who both came back to Celtic and are now key players in their own right.
