Celtic fans are in for some much needed good news after coming off a bad run of games as Lennon confirms the return of a key duo for the upcoming game against Lille.

The Scottish Champions have failed to win a match in all competitions in the last three games as the Celtic and Aberdeen match ended in a thrilling 6 goal stalemate.

The squad are deflated and need a good boost in morale, Lennon’s latest news could be that boost they need as the Celtic manager confirms the return of both Edouard and Bitton for their next Europa League match against Lille.

Bitton has done a bit of work with the physios and hopefully he’ll be available for Thursday.

Edouard probably won’t make Aberdeen but should be OK for Lille.

If Neil Lennon does manage to get some sort of result against the Ligue 1 club on Thursday then it could be vital for their confidence and could spark a much needed run of good form leading into the last two months of 2020.

The key to defeating Lille will be Lennon’s choice of starting eleven and how he dictates them to play, the last few games hasn’t worked out for the Celtic manager and Thursday will be crucial as another defeat should spark questions that would need to be asked in the boardroom.
