In the loan to buy deal, Lennon could purchase Ajeti for around £5 million if he impresses this season, it is a cracking bit of business considering the striker signed from Basel for £8 million.

Like most players who sign for Celtic, Ajeti seems eager to join as the club are huge and play infront of large crowds with the added bonus of European football that players can’t resist.

Ajeti and Elyounoussi have previously worked together at Basel and the pair could soon link up in the Hoops as Ajeti provides another striking option to Odsonne Edouard.
