Celtic player Olivier Ntcham looks almost certain to leave the club from July 1st as confirmed by popular Greek journalist, Giannis Chorianopoulos.
It has been claimed that Celtic have cut Ntcham’s contract short by almost a full year to allow the player to leave for free in July.
It’s also been reported that AEK Athens have won the race to sign the Frenchman for free and that a deal has been agreed between the player and the Greek club.
It seems that Celtic have cut all ties with the player and are willing to lose out on a potential transfer fee for the 25 year old.
It’s a bold move but the correct move by Celtic as Ntcham has shown no commitment for the Hoops jersey or the fans, it was clear that he was one of the players that wanted away from the club last year.
In my opinion, Celtic will be better off without him and we need to start building a squad of players who want to give their all for the club and their fanbase.
