Diego Laxalt could be able to sign for Celtic for a reduced fee as AC Milan could seek to remove him from the wage bill, Celtic fans would be happy with that kind of deal.

At the moment, the 27 year old is only here in Glasgow on loan from the Italian giants and so far Celtic fans are very impressed with how Laxalt is performing in the Hoops.

His speed and skill on the ball has been nothing short of a breath of fresh air after spending a season watching Boli Bolingoli and Greg Taylor under performing in that role.

AC Milan had purchased the Uruguayan for £12 million and now they could be ready to let him leave for a bargain price of £4.5 million, this would be within the financial reach of the Scottish Champions.

As confirmed by Football Insider:

The site writes: A recruitment source has told Football Insider that Milan value Laxalt at around the £4.5m mark ahead of the January window.

For this sort of money Laxalt could be a permanent Celtic player in the future, but the Hoops would not want to look at this until the end of the season.

So, Celtic fans should enjoy Laxalt and hope that he continues his great run of form, there will be alot of ups and downs this season but the squad must stick together and retain that title no matter what.
