Former Celtic hero and Rangers slayer Moussa Dembele might be on his way back to England as Lyon prepare for a second bid from Chelsea for the French hitman.

There is no doubt that Dembele was a fantastic player for Celtic as the Frenchman has a knack for finding the back of the net, he took Scottish football by storm and made Celtic fans fall in love with his legendary performances against Rangers.

Dembele For Lyon

After Dembele played his first few games in the Hoops, fans could see that the Celtic board had gotten a bargain and Dembele was going to be a world beater, Celtic sold him for just under £20 million to French giants Lyon and placed a very smart 10% selling on fee in the deal, that move could bag the Scottish Champions anywhere between £4-5 million, assuming of course Lyon eventually sell.

The Lyon chairman had previously said the club want Dembele to be here for many more seasons, however with Chelsea already having had a bid rejected and Manchester United keeping tabs on him as well, we fully expect Dembele to be an English Premiership player in 2020.

Celtic on the other hand could allow Neil Lennon to add a few more extra faces to the squad as the Hoops manager needs some more quality in the team if he wants to challenge in the final stages of the Europa League and most importantly win their 9th league title in a row.
