Rab Douglas has backed Neil Lennon to deliver Celtic’s tenth league title in a row as the former keeper thinks the criticism surrounding Celtic’s form seems a bit harsh.

Although Douglas might not have any day to day influence with Celtic the former Hoops keeper still follows the Scottish Champions as a fan.

The former Celtic keeper and team-mate of Neil Lennon has insisted that the criticisms that the Northern Irishman receives on social media seems a bit much and things aren’t that bad.

He said:

I would love it if Neil went on to write himself into the realms of history by delivering the tenth title. He deserves it. I don’t know that he always gets the credit that he deserves as Celtic manager.

Some of the things I have read over the last few months have been staggering, to be honest. It certainly hasn’t been all that bad for a crisis, has it?
