The young Dutch defender had been sidelined for a couple of weeks, after he was stretchered off in the game against Kilmarnock.
At the time many thought the tackle on Frimpong was a bit over the top by Killie midfielder Alan Power and he should have been punished for the tackle however he has not revived any sort of retrospective action.
It will be a boost for Neil Lennon’s side, with the tricky fullback coming back into contention. He has been on unbelievable form since coming into the team and he will look to continue that.
In other injury news Lennon also confirmed that Jonny Hayes has been sidelined, so that means a return to the squad for the recently missing, Boli Bolingoli.
He also confirmed that Mohammed Elyounoussi and Jozo Simunovic will be returning to the squad.
