Celtic are still going to be without key player Chris Jullien as Neil Lennon confirms that the big defender could be out for a few weeks longer than expected.

The Frenchman has become one of Lennon’s key players since joining last season and has been missed over the last few weeks.

After watching the defeat to Sevco again we can see just how important Jullien is to the squad and has become instrumental in that defensive role.

However, since Jullien picked up a freak injury he’s been unable to shrug it off and Neil Lennon has spoken with the media on the ways that the club have tried to get to the bottom of what’s going on.

“He’s not responding well, he still has a lot of pain, a lot of discomfort in his back. Unfortunately, and I don’t know if I can put a timescale on it, but he’s going to be out for the next few weeks”

“He’s had scans, he’s seen specialists, he’s seen chiropractors, he’s getting round the clock treatment now and hopefully we will see an improvement in his condition as we go along” he concluded.
