So as we all know by now it does seem like Eddie Howe will become the new manager of Celtic Football Club in due course, but the question remains when?

The reason that Howe still hasn’t been officially named as Celtic’s new manager is that the former Bournemouth man has been working behind the scenes trying to secure his previous backroom staff from the Cherries.

Eddie Howe left Bournemouth at the end of last season as the club were relegated, the Englishman felt he could not take them any further than he had done and lets be clear, Howe along with his assistant coaches completely transformed Bournemouth  and made them a fighting force in the English Premier League, eventually it was going to come to an end.

However, Bournemouth  are now fighting for a place in the EPL yet again as the are due to face Brentford in the playoffs.

The Hoops have had their man for weeks now and maybe even longer than that as Howe didn’t have a club, so this would have left Celtic able to hash out a deal in private away from the media and allow Eddie Howe to call the shots for his Summer preparation.

The Englishman was simply waiting to land his former coaches and bring them to Glasgow, this kind of relationship could prove vital for Celtic next season as the squad building will be the biggest the club will have underwent since the O’Neill era.

We can also state that Howe will also look to raid his former club for a few players and this again would make sense as did Brendan Rodgers when he signed Scott Sinclair, what a player he was and Bournemouth do still have a few good players in their squad that Celtic could afford.

Some media outlets are claiming that Bournemouth’s staff will only move to Scotland if the club doesn’t reach the EPL, we believe this to be untrue as Howe has already bagged his men and its simply a waiting game for the fans to see an official announcment.
