Celtic fans are sick of hearing all these potential keeper targets that keep cropping up as all we want is Fraser Forster back in a Hoops shirt for 10 in a row, but Lennon could be going for Marcus Bettinelli who currently plays for English club Fulham.
With reports that the Forster deal could still be on, Lennon still needs another goalie in as we have lost two keepers.
The 28-year-old has lost his place as number one goalkeeper at Fulham to the sensational Marek Rodak. He has played just 14 times this season with his last appearance coming in November. With his current contract at Craven Cottage expiring next summer he could be available at a reported cut-price figure of just £1 million.
Bettinelli has previously been called up to the England squad and standing at 6ft4in tall, he could be a great addition to Celtic’s 10 in a row push as it looks like any deal for Forster would be another loan deal.
Joe Hart, Vasilis Barkas, and David Marshall have been mentioned as potential options that maybe Celtic fans don’t wish to pursue with possibly Barkas as an option.
