Celtic are heavily linked with signing Shane Duffy from Brighton as Lennon has reportedly already spoke to the big physical defender about a loan move to the Scottish Champions.
It has been widely reported that Celtic are in the market for a big strong defender since losing former Celtic player Simunovic during the summer, it has been confirmed by the media that both Lennon and Duffy have discussed a deal that would see the Brighton bench warmer make the loan move to his boyhood club.
However, a deal could still be a while off as both clubs will need to agree on a loan fee and how much wages Celtic are prepared to contribute to the CB’s salary.

Celtic fans are crying out for this type of signing as the club haven’t signed a big strong brute of a defender in a long time, these kind of signings can transform a squad for the better.
The Scottish Champions seem to be getting the deals done as Lennon has already secured Barkas and Elyounoussi with Ajeti ready to complete a £5 million move today.
