Neil Lennon has hinted that Celtic’s January transfer business may now be concluded following the signing of Ismaila Soro, that would mean the Celtic manager has signed two players in this transfer window and also spent around £5.5 million in fees.

Lennon spoke with various media outlets ahead of their game against St Johnstone:

Celtic have spent around £20 million since the start of last summer and that will be one of the largest kitties a Celtic manager has been given since the O’Neil era, and Lennon has done a great job in spending it wisely as Celtic have been unlucky with freak injuries.

However, we can’t help feel that Lennon is playing his next move down so he can give the Hoops fans something to cheer about as there have been strong links to a possible Wanyama return as Spurs have no use for the big Kenyan, also former Celtic defender Benkovic seems up for the idea of returning to the Scottish Champions.
