Lyon's Summer Worries Are Celtic's Financial Gain
Lyon are preparing for the loss of star player Moussa Dembele as the former Celtic star will be at the centre of a summer bidding war.
The French club have no Champions League football next season and expect most of their top players to opt for a transfer to a club that can offer European football.
Lyon’s chairman Jean-Michel Aulas hasn’t named any players but has stated that the club will try and persuade players to stay and fight for a Euro place the season after.
“I am going to do everything to keep the players.” he told RecordSport.
“But players who are programmed to play in Europe could want to go elsewhere because we don’t have European football.”

The Celtic board will be hoping that one of those players leaving would be Dembele as the Hoops still have a sell-on clause on the striker.
Dembele should go for a very high fee and its most likely that he will end up in England playing.
