Scott McDonald hit back as the SPFL as they posted the same birthday goal every year for the former Celtic and Motherwell striker, and its a goal that neither he or Hoops fans care to remember.
The Twitter account posted a clip of McDonald’s infamous goal against Celtic that handed the title to Rangers as the Australian celebrates his 37th birthday.
The striker tweeted right back on the post and you’d be surprise to what he wrote.
The SPFL Twitter account then tried to make amends with a new upload:
The striker eventually became a Celtic striker and had a prolific season smashing in goals and also winning a league title and cup.
The striker knows how big it was to score that goal and likes to keep it locked away as he did play for the Hoops and also has a massive family who are Hoops fans also.
