Its being reported that Celtic have officially rejected an offer from Milan for the Scottish Champion’s key player Kris Ajer as the Parkhead club are only willing to sell the Norwegian at the £27 million range.
The Serie A club are keen to make Ajer their first team defender this coming season as the Italian side have huge plans to wake from their decade slumber and once again push for dominance.
However, the Celtic board have rejected the offer of which seems to be of private origins but have publicly stated that the defender will not leave Scotland for anything less than £27 million.
Sky Italia are also reporting that Milan have contacted Ajer’s agent to see if he would be open to a move to Italy.
Ajer recently moved to a Dutch agency called SEG after leaving his previous representative Tore Pederson.
This could be fantastic news for Hoops fans as £27 million could price Milan out of a move for Ajer in the other hand it could be beneficial to the club and fund 10 in a row with a good European run, most of us would rather keep Ajer in defense.
