Celtic’s English winger Scott Sinclair has told friends and family he plans to seek a move back to England in January if he still remains out of Lennon’s plans.
Sinclair who played a major role in the last three seasons at Celtic under Brendan Rodgers hasn’t started a single match this season, and to make it worse hes not lost out to just one player but a host of Celtic players have had starts ahead of him.
He is likely to be of great interest to English Championship clubs given his proven match winning pedigree at Celtic as well as the likes of former clubs Aston Villa, Swansea City and Manchester City.
Sinclair is one of Celtic’s biggest earners but fully justified that as well as the £3million fee spent on him in 2016.
He played the best football of his career under ex-Hoops manager Brendan Rodgers, and his record of 62 goals and 34 assists from 166 matches for the club is an impressive one.
As Celtic fans we are still unaware of the full story and cant seem to understand why Sinclair doesn’t at-least get more game time, we all know when Sinclair is on form hes unstoppable, with his contract up in the summer next year, Celtic might just be able to get some of fee as its unlikely Sinclair will sign a new deal at Celtic.
