The Klan Seem To Be Reliant On The Secret Handshake
Andrew Dallas will take charge of Celtic’s match against Ross County on Saturday and this will be his second match refereeing the Scottish Champions within 2 weeks as the Klan seem to be relying on secret handshakes this season.
This would mean that Dallas Jr has taken charge of 2 out of 5 Celtic games this season and for many Celtic fans that game was a masterclass of Scottish refereeing. Callum McGregor picked up a first half booking for virtually his first tackle. In opposition Mark Connolly appeared to be immune from discipline from Dallas, there were three first half challenges at least on a par with McGregor’s offence yet he escaped a card.
The SFA had promised that they would sort out the way refs were chosen this year after a host of bad decisions over the last few seasons. They promised that Category one referees would get the bulk of top level games in our league this year and its only just started and we have lower ranked and biased men incharge of our games.
The decisions that Dallas made last week were just obvious that he seems to be following the way of his father Hugh, the SFA’s secret handshake club seem to be pulling out all the stops this year to give the Klan as much help as possible.
Lennon will just have to get his players ready for a battle as they return from International duty and also prepare for a few more key signings to come through the door.
