UEFA has charged Valencia midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia with intentionally getting a yellow card in a Europa League game against Celtic.
Kondogbia was shown a yellow card for time wasting during the match up against Celtic on Thursday night.
Under UEFA rules they can give an added one match ban for provoking a yellow card as Sergio Ramos was also punished in a similar way.
