Yaroslav Zvarych who works as a transfer middle man and also a scout, insists that Marian Shved didn’t realise how tough the Scottish league was and also how difficult it would be to break into Celtic’s first team.
The Ukrainian was the main man who advised Celtic to sign Shved but Zvarych reminds us that he’s not Marian’s agent and insists it was upto Shved to do his homework.
“I’m not the player’s agent, but I recommended to Celtic they sign Marian. Everything they learned about him came from me” he said. (Source)
“I don’t think he properly researched the strength of the league and the competition for places in the squad. And I believe the language difficulties he’s experienced won’t have helped him adapt” he concluded.
We all know that Shved has the ability and talent to make it in the Hoops, but the language side of things seems to be making a big impact on his life in Glasgow.
This season it doesn’t look like Shved will be needed and maybe a summer loan deal would be better, hopefully Lennon will place him with another Scottish club to gain experience in the league he would be competing in with the Bhoys.
